Our Classes are split in 2 halves The first half, consists of a warm up and stretching exercises. You can see some examples below of students stretching. This takes approximately 30 - 35mins

| After this the
technical training begins, unlike a lot of schools we do not repeat the
same old drills week in week out. If you train at Wu Tao Kwan on a regular
basis you find that there is varied structure of technical training. This
takes from 30mins to 45mins depending on the type of class. Below are some
examples. |

| After this type of training we
normally take a 5 minute break
During the
Second half
we train for grading and sparing. Grading work. Click here to see the grading syllabus. The unique thing about Wu Tao Kwan is, when a student passes a grade it is in 2 unique styles. Below are some examples of the different styles.
